This has been a favorite online resource for many years! It is changing in 2022, but I think much will remain the same.
They catalogue their episodes into categories in a library. For example, Brain & Neuroscience, Spiritual Genius, and Body, Healing, & Trauma.
I list a few podcast episodes below, but On Being actually curates their catalogue of interviews into "Starting Points & Care Packages." For example, here is their "Care Package for Caregivers".
"Poetry Unbound" with Pádraig Ó Tuama is delicious and the Experience Poetry page is a rich resource.
I limited myself to re-posting only ten. They come with resources and a transcript.
Mary Oliver: "I got Saved by the Beauty of the World."
John O'Donohue: The Inner Landscape of Beauty
Remembering Thich Nhat Hanh, Brother Thay
Remembering Desmond Tutu
Bessel van der Kolk: Trauma, the Body, and 2021
Suzanne Simard: Forests are Wired for Wisdom
Robin DiAngelo and Resmaa Menakem: Towards a Framework for Repair
Christine Runyan: What's Happening in Our Nervous Systems?
Arlie Hochschild: The Deep Stories of Our Time
Ruby Sales: Where Does it Hurt?
