This page is not meant to be a "vanity wall;" I've created it for two reasons:
First, as an act of transparency: these are the people and places that help inform and shape my scope of practice.
Second, this section is meant to be a resource: I've linked most trainings so that you know what options are out there.

The Embody Lab: Applied Polyvagal Theory in Therapeutic Yoga Certificate (22-hour program)
Diane is my "go-to" for information and application of "attachment theory" (i.e. our relational bonding style).
The Embody Lab offers numerous certificate programs of various lengths, master workshops, "summits" on a topic, and a monthly subscription to a resource library.
The Master Series gathers three experts over three days for three hours each around an "edition" topic with another top expert as edition moderator.
NICABM offers practical training grounded in the application of neuroscience to trauma and stress responses. Each of their courses bring a diverse group of voices.
A massive training site with courses primarily for therapists, but not only for therapists.
Rick Hanson offers really high-quality programs that are a mix of neuroscience and meditation. He is definitely my "go-to" for practical studies of neuroplasticity. He has lots of resources on his website, including a podcast.
